Today mommy fed me pasta with chicken for dinner. I really liked it but the pasta was a little slippery and I was having a hard time grabbing it.

Before looking at the picture mommy asks that you please forgive my boogie filled nose.

My top teeth FINALLY broke through! The top left one showed up first on Monday and next thing I know the top right one showed up between last night and today. I also went to the doctor again today, I have a slight infection and the pediatrician put me on antibiotics to prevent me from getting sicker and to help me get better.

Today was a very chill Monday, my top teeth finally came in and I am a very happy monkey :) Here I am chewing on the beads that my Tia Oli brought me from New Orleans when she was there for Mardi Gras.

Today was a very lazy Sunday. I took two long naps and just hung out with my mom and dad. My mom also got around to finally taking my 8 month pictures. They are a few days late but my mommy says that they are better late than never :)

Today we went to the Berkeley Flea market. It was a beautiful day outside and I really enjoyed looking at everything and dancing to the music. 

After the flea market we went to walk around Telegraph Ave and check out some more vendors and eat a late lunch. Here I am with my Tia Oli. 

After lunch we went to a delicious crepe place (that is what my mom and Tia Oli said) and I was entertaining myself by banging Tia Oli's bracelets on the table.

Today we went to my Weeta and Weeto's house in Fairfield. Mom and dad had a concert to go to so they dropped me and my dogs off. Here I am in a walker and I love it!! I love moving around in it and I also love my my Weeta or Uncle push me around in it.

This is my Weeto's dog, Chico. Sofee and Rufus love to play with him. 

Here are all three dogs playing. You can tell that Rufus is having a lot of fun!

Today I am 8 months old!! My mom and dad say that they don't know where the time has gone because it feels like yesterday that they brought me home from the hospital. 

I love cuddling with my mom! (dad took this picture of us when he got home) Usually mom waits for me to fall asleep and then abandons me to do chores but today we took a little nap together. 

Mommy wants me to tell you that my 8 month pictures should be up later tonight if not tomorrow.

Today my mommy gave me grilled cheese for dinner (along with sweet potato and apple) and I loved it!!  Here I am telling the piece of grilled cheese to get in my belly. I sometimes get a little ahead of myself and try to stuff more than one piece in my mouth and I get angry when my mommy stops me.

Here I am poking Sofee's paw. I love her a lot and think she is funny, she doesn't come around me very much because I love to pull at her face and poke her. She doesn't know what I have in store for her when I begin to be a little more mobile.

Today my Grandma and Grandpa Penney came over for dinner. I was taking a nap when they got to my house but when I woke up I was really happy.

I love playing with them and love when my grandma sings me songs.

Today was a very fussy day! I was a pain to my mommy and daddy and I just wanted to be held. Thankfully I took a long bath and was a little happier after that. My top teefers really need to break through so that I can be a happier baby!

Mom decided to put me in the clothes basket because I was being very whiny, and nothing was making me happy.

I think this is my new favorite thing to do!! I was tossing clothes everywhere and laughing!!

Today I got to meet my new friend Tristan! He is only a week old!! He is really little but I know we are going to be the best of friends when we get older!

I love taking a bath!! I am usually not that happy when I get taken out but tonight I was happy and smiling at my mommy and daddy.

Today was a beautiful day! I got to wear my first warmer weather outfit :) The outfit that I wore today was given to me by my Tia MJ's Mom. She used to live in Kentucky (now she lives in New Mexico) and sent this outfit to me before I was born :) 

I feel tons better and I am getting my appetite back. Today was also the first day that I tried Greek Yogurt and I loved it!! 

Daddy took some funny pictures of mommy making faces at me so that I would open my mouth wide.  Isn't she pretty? ;)

Today was my first Saint Patty's Day and it was a pretty ok day. It started off by me having to go to the pediatrician again. I am doing a lot better but I have a non-itchy rash. 

Here I am at the doctor's office again, I was trying to eat the paper that is on the table.

After my appointment mommy and I went to Fairfield to visit my Weeta (grandma). 

I LOVE baby cheeto's, and since I have not been feeling very well those are the only thing that I will eat. Also my Weeta loves me and gives me what I want.

I am getting better at feeding myself which is good but it also makes mommy and daddy's job a little harder. I just tell them that it is practice and that they should start getting used to it :)

So my mom and Weeta thought it would be 'cute' to dress me up for Saint Patty's day. This is a little embarrassing, but I am still cute!

Also a little update on my fever, the pedi said that I was fighting a virus and that I am done with the fever but that now I will have a rash all over my body. It doesn't itch but my mommy doesn't like it. You can see it below on my forehead. It isn't too bad in this picture but it comes out more when I get angry or when I get really warm.

 Mommy took me took me to my pediatrician because my fever was not calming down and I was not feeling good at all!

Here is another shot of me sitting on the table. I was starting to yell at my mom because I wanted to be hugged and I knew the doctor would be coming in soon to check me out. 

Good news is I don't have an ear infection, bad news is that my mommy and daddy are worried about my fever and hope that I don't ever get one again!

So today marks my first fever! I am not a happy camper and neither is my mom, the tylenol has kept it in control but I really need my top teeth to come through so that I can feel better!

I love Rufus and I am always trying to feed him things, even my thermometer.

He loves me too and here he is making sure that my mom cuts my nails the right way.

I was able to say bye to my mommy this morning before she left for work, she was really happy and decided to smother me in kisses.

I love hanging out with my dad! He was trying to teach me how to play the guitar while mom was making dinner.

My dad also likes to read to me :) I mostly like hitting the pages and screaming.

I am now a pro at rolling! I can roll both ways and am getting really fast at it! 

This is Rufus and I playing. Well he is under the bed because we were playing ' where is Rufus?'.

So here I am, minding my own business and deciding which end of my bitter biscuit I am going to put into my mouth first.

Since mom leaves for work really early in the morning I hang out with dad while he is getting ready for work. Usually I just hang out on the bed and play with my toys. This morning dad put his beanie on my head and took some really cute pictures of me. 

I love my mom and dad!
